For your convenience, we offer check-in from 2 pm and check-out by 10 am. If you would like to check in later than 6 pm, please contact us in advance so that we can prepare everything for your arrival.
Our prices are per person and day including bed and breakfast or half board for stays of 4 days or more. Incl. local tax of € 1.90 per person and day from the age of 16.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for meals not consumed. We always endeavour to provide you with an outstanding experience and look forward to welcoming you to our hotel.

You are welcome to bring your dog with you in our single and double rooms. However, please note that dogs are not permitted in our suites and superior rooms.
You are welcome to pay in cash or with your EC card (valid for Maestro cards from AUT, D, NL, BE). Alternatively, we also accept bank transfers in advance. Please note that we do not accept credit cards. If you have any further questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellations are only valid in writing. There are no cancellation costs up to 3 months before the start of your planned holiday. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days in advance, we will charge 3 days. From 14 days before or in case of early departure we charge 70 % of the booked arrangement. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to be covered.
Please note that our cancellation conditions are in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of 23.09.1981. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Reutte or Innsbruck and Austrian law applies.
We have a wallbox at our disposal. You are welcome to charge your electric car there.
Our ski room also has a boot warmer
You are welcome to store your bike or e-bike in our garage. It is also possible to charge e-bikes there.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply to the accommodation contract.
